The location was a great advantage, especially for our transit stay. The hotel offered pickup and drop services to the airport, which was a bonus. The staff, from reception to breakfast, were extremely helpful and courteous. They made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the attention to detail was commendable. The unique world-class architecture added a touch of inspiration to this city. The rooms were interestingly different, and the double bed was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities, such as the next door sports club with a huge pool, provided a lovely setting for relaxation. we were impressed by the small touches that made this hotel stand out from larger luxury properties. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
Nothing, everything was great.
The staff, especially Omkar, Pallavi, and Akshay, were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make my stay special. They even arranged a romantic candlelight dinner for us, based on my request for a glacier-themed atmosphere. The room was beautifully decorated and they surprised me with a delicious cake. The menu for both dinner and breakfast was scrumptious, and they even helped me book a private movie screening in their movie lounge, which was amazing. The club facilities were also great, with options to play TT and billiards.

The room was a nice size and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable too, which made for a good night's sleep. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and made sure everything was in order.

We had an extremely comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The reception staff were polite, approachable, and prompt in their service. The interiors had an authentic charm, and our spacious room had a beautiful view. The bed facing the window allowed us to enjoy the view even while we were cozy in bed. The bath tub was perfect for a relaxing bath. The hotel also accommodated our request to bring our cat along. The hotel's club facilities were amazing, with options such as TT and billiards.
