Na Balam Hotel was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by attentive and responsive staff who made us feel welcomed and ensured that all our needs were met. The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the amazing location right on the most beautiful beach of the island. We also loved that we had a wide array of food choices within a short walking distance, as well as the vibrant downtown area. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly enjoyable.
The views of the stunning island and the beach were breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from helping us with our luggage to providing beach towels and a free drink. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The hotel facilities, including the bar and restaurant, were excellent. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the main street with plenty of dining options. The breakfast provided was delicious. Cannot find any fault.

Na Balam Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of all the best spots on the island. We loved being right on the beautiful and calm beach, where we could swim and see tons of fish. The hotel facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and on-site playground, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast at the beach restaurant was delicious, and we also appreciated the free day beds and towels provided. the hotel provided the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.
