The service at the front desk was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to help and were incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything. Being close to the city center meant that there were restaurants and bars on my doorstep. The breakfast provided was much better than other hotels I've stayed at, and it was included in the price.
Everything is what I need and want.
From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, as I was able to easily explore the city's top attractions like the Guinness Experience and enjoy the lively atmosphere of nearby pubs and coffee shops. The room itself was lovely, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and all the amenities I needed for a cozy stay. Plus, the breakfast options were outstanding, offering a variety of delicious choices to start the day off right.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location very close to everything, breakfast, staff. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the best things to see and do in this city, which was ideal since I was unsure of the area. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was delicious, with plenty of coffee refills. The staff, including Emma, Nabil, Sophia, Victoria.

We loved the excellent location of the hotel, as it was close to the city centre and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping centres. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms that were serviced daily. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious food, and the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service were all polite, professional, and welcoming.
